The service was very helpful, nice, and attentive to my needs. However, they took my toothbrush I had wrapped in a washcloth from my house. The staff was very friendly, and the fact that the rooms open to the outside was extra convenient with pets.

The location was perfect for my needs, but it looks nothing like what the property gives for photos. It was like a small hall—too tiny to even walk past another person. Despite this, it was okay, and the back area where we stayed was quieter than the extended stay chains in the area. It was convenient to the I-5 freeway.

The dining experience was probably the worst I've ever had at a hotel. They should have breakfast available at 6 am and raise the quality to meet La Quinta standards. The food was okay, but when they say waffles, just know they're frozen waffles you can toast.
